Phoenix Point is set in 2047 on an Earth in the grip of an extraterrestrial invasion, with Lovecraftian horrors on the point of annihilating humanity.
After a global environmental disaster, the Pandoravirus appeared and began changing all creatures, including humans, into horrible mutants. Unable to stop the virus’s spread, much of mankind was killed out, leaving only small pockets divided by boundaries and large stretches of territory. Project Phoenix, an ancient fail-safe for global catastrophes, is humanity’s sole hope for regaining the world.
