Despite conquering the New Guy in Town, criminality still plagues the streets. So, with OCP’s most recent project, OmniTower—a gigantic housing complex created particularly to satisfy the requirements of Old Detroit residents—a ray of light appears.
However, when a squad of highly trained mercenaries armed with cutting-edge weapons seizes control of the structure and transforms it into a lethal fortress, RoboCop must intervene to prevent them from disrupting public order.
