ASTRO BOT PC Game is a premium adventure game created by Team Asobi. It is a VR title designed to highlight the characteristics and capabilities of Sony’s PlayStation VR device. In it, players will take control of a robot named Captain Astro, who embarks on a voyage to reunite his missing crew, which has been split throughout many universes.
Astro Bot for Free feels tight and responsive, so any mistimed jumps that resulted in a tumble were entirely my fault, and it was always enjoyable to jump around seeking for mysteries. It also makes excellent use of the DualSense controller, which few games take advantage of. It literally feels fantastic to play, from the tiny vibrations of pushing against walls to uncover a hidden switch to the difference in intensity when Astro transitions from sprinting across grass to hard terrain.
Astro Bot is one of the best PC games I’ve played since its release, and it stands out among the countless platformers that have shaped gaming as a whole. Don’t skip Astro Bot. Astro Bot Free does not provide any choices for changing its visual settings or performance. The game works at 60fps on 4K and, in my opinion, looks as close to native 4K as feasible.
